Theis served me up the best cappuccino I have ever had. Pure perfection. Service was also warm and welcoming. The atmosphere in the cafe along with the building the cafe is in is a really great/comfortable place to sit down and lounge or work on your laptop.

This is not your chain coffee place and that's a good thing. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Best coffee I've had in North America! The guy knows his stuff, gets a better ratio of espresso to water than any other coffee roaster I've tasted. Beautiful setup, great coffee, knowledgeable owner, can't have it any better.

Delicious cup of espresso latte and a buttery flaky croissant. FYI: a lot of people were coming in ordering the chai latte which seems to be very popular!

So far I've tried the drip and cold brew and both were top tier. Can't wait to try some of their espresso options as well. Definitely a hidden gem.

The perfect start to my morning is unwinding at a local coffee shop located in the Plaza in which I work in. Theis, is a sociable and friendly barista whipping up great caffeinated and decaffeinated blends and smoothies. If you are feeling extra hungry or craving something to go along with your morning drink they also offer local French patisseries. My personal favorite is the cheese danish. I definitely recommend stopping by Top Hat if you work in the Plaza.

Found this place on google and was so pleasantly surprised. I needed a place to grab a matcha and work for a while. Theis was a great barista and him and I were able to chat between customers. I was there for a few hours and he greeted every customer with a smile, great service and a quick chat. Many regular customers were happy to see him while grabbing their drinks. Will defiantly be back again!

The coffee here is really really good. I went for the first time ever today. They have hot and cold coffee/espresso drinks, shakes, and some pastries. The owner is super nice and was excited to tell us about all the choices.

Top Hat Coffee Lounge is a hidden gem. It's located within Bala Plaza which makes finding this shop an intentional act. However, your efforts will be rewarded with a friendly greeting from a professional barista and a perfect drink. The quiet atmosphere and the public wifi make for a comfortable stay.
